Welcome to Vamika Gift Gallery. We are committed to providing high-quality photo frames and personalized gifts. If you receive a damaged, broken, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery.


Vamika Gift Gallery में आपका स्वागत है। हम उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले फोटो फ्रेम और पर्सनलाइज्ड गिफ्ट उपलब्ध कराने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं। यदि आपको टूटा हुआ, खराब, दोषपूर्ण या गलत उत्पाद प्राप्त होता है, तो आप डिलीवरी के 5 दिनों के भीतर रिटर्न का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं।

✅ Return Accepted (रिटर्न कब स्वीकार होगा)

  • The product is damaged or broken during delivery.
    यदि डिलीवरी के समय उत्पाद टूटा हुआ या क्षतिग्रस्त हो।
  • You receive a wrong product instead of the one you ordered.
    यदि आपको ऑर्डर किए गए उत्पाद की जगह कोई दूसरा उत्पाद प्राप्त हो।
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
    यदि उत्पाद में निर्माण संबंधी दोष हो।

❌ Return Will Not Be Accepted (रिटर्न कब स्वीकार नहीं होगा)

  • Return requests made after 5 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
    डिलीवरी के 5 दिन बाद किया गया रिटर्न अनुरोध स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
  • Used, dirty, scratched, broken by the customer, or damaged products are not eligible for return.
    इस्तेमाल किया हुआ, गंदा, खरोंच वाला, ग्राहक द्वारा तोड़ा गया या क्षतिग्रस्त उत्पाद वापस स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
  • Customized or personalized photo frames cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged during delivery or a wrong product is delivered.
    कस्टमाइज्ड या पर्सनलाइज्ड फोटो फ्रेम का रिटर्न या एक्सचेंज स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा, जब तक कि वह डिलीवरी के समय टूटा हुआ न हो या गलत उत्पाद न भेजा गया हो।
  • Products without original packaging, accessories, or invoice are not eligible for return.
    मूल पैकिंग, एक्सेसरीज़ या बिल के बिना उत्पाद का रिटर्न स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।

💰 Refund Policy (रिफंड नीति)


Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account or UPI.


रिटर्न किए गए उत्पाद की गुणवत्ता जांच पूरी होने के बाद 5–7 कार्य दिवसों के भीतर रिफंड जारी कर दिया जाएगा। प्रीपेड ऑर्डर का रिफंड उसी भुगतान माध्यम में भेजा जाएगा जिससे भुगतान किया गया था। कैश ऑन डिलीवरी (COD) ऑर्डर का रिफंड बैंक खाते या UPI के माध्यम से भेजा जाएगा।
